THE CHALLENGE
Circe set out to make therapist-led group support more accessible for women navigating burnout, anxiety, ADHD, postpartum challenges, workplace pressure, and emotional overwhelm. While the vision was clear, translating it into a digital product required balancing emotional sensitivity with usability.
The experience needed to help users feel understood, reduce the anxiety of seeking support, and guide them from uncertainty to joining the right therapist-led group — all without overwhelming them.

THE SOLUTION
Over a 12-week sprint, we designed and built Circe's core digital product experience:
Designed the end-to-end onboarding journey from quiz to group matching
Built a personalised matching experience that connects users with relevant therapist-led groups
Designed a calm, intuitive user dashboard for sessions, reflections, and ongoing engagement
Created a scalable design system and component library for future product growth
Crafted interaction patterns focused on reducing cognitive load, creating belonging, and encouraging gentle progression through the product
The goal was simple: turn a complex mental health journey into a digital experience that feels clear, supportive, and human.

THE OUTCOME
A fully designed and functional MVP ready for investor demonstrations and early users
A seamless onboarding experience from first visit to matched group
A scalable product foundation for future therapist, user, and employer experiences
A digital experience that reflects Circe's mission of making women feel understood, supported, and less alone

Mental health products aren't just about features—they're about trust. Every interaction shapes whether someone feels safe enough to take the next step.
Circe now has a digital product that transforms a vulnerable moment into a supportive experience, giving the founders a strong foundation to validate their vision, onboard early users, and grow the platform with confidence.
